Castelo Rock<\/strong> is the culmination of the work of many people who generously and freely give their time, whose only motive is to give the cultural life of their town a boost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For some years Muros has experienced an unprecedented blossoming in the sphere of music.
This town council of hardly 9,000 inhabitants is a real breeding-ground of rock bands, inspired by the impetus of pioneers, like Os Fieles (The Faithful), Trapos Sucios (Dirty Rags), Estampida (Stampede), Os Macarr\u00f3ns (The Macaroons), Os Miudos (The Little Ones), Sarabanda, Razzia or A Media Ghasta (Half Worn Out) setting them an example.
Then others came: Sozios A La Fuerza (Forced Partners), Kolisi\u00f3n Frontal (Head-on Kollision), Alima\u00f1a (Vermin) or Zeros; among many others.
Castelo Rock is the culmination of the work of many people who generously and freely give their time; but above all, Castelo Rock is the expression of the concerns and dreams of this little corner of the world\u2019s youth, who don\u2019t conform to the idea of having to travel great distances in order to be able to enjoy what they like.  Luckily the local authorities understood that this spontaneous cultural expression should be supported, and so the Sala Nasmo rehearsal centre was born from the ashes of an old abandoned school.  Today eleven bands rehearse daily in this facility.  Who knows? \u2014 In the next few years they might be headline acts in the nation\u2019s rock festivals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desde fai anos Muros v\u00e9n experimentando unha eclosi\u00f3n sen precedentes no \u00e1mbito musical. Este concello de apenas 9.000 habitantes \u00e9 unha aut\u00e9ntica canteira de bandas de rock que aproveitaron a inercia de pioneiros como Os Fieles, Trapos Sucios, Estampida, Os Macarr\u00f3ns, Os Miudos, Sarabanda, Razzia o  A Media Ghasta para ter un espello no que mirarse. Despois vi\u00f1eron m\u00e1is: Sozios A La Fuerza, Kolisi\u00f3n Frontal, Alima\u00f1a ou Zeros (entre moitos outros). O Castelo Rock<\/strong> \u00e9 o traballo de moita xente que o fixeron posible de forma  desinteresada e sen \u00e1nimo de lucro. Pero sobre todo, o Castelo Rock \u00e9 a expresi\u00f3n das inquietudes e so\u00f1os dos x\u00f3venes deste curruncho do mundo que non se conforman con ter que marchar lonxe para poder disfrutar do que lles gusta. Por sorte as autoridades locais entenderon que deb\u00edan apoiar esta expresi\u00f3n cultural espont\u00e1nea, e de ah\u00ed naceu a Sala Nasmo, das cinzas dunha vella escola abandonada. Hoxe 11 bandas ensaian a diario nestas instalaci\u00f3ns, quen sabe si en pr\u00f3ximas edici\u00f3ns poden ser cabezas de cartel nos festivais de rock do Estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
